General terms

These general contractual terms and any specific terms that may be established govern the relationship between Fradelar – Artigos para decoração Lda and third parties who use the website, hereinafter referred to as customers. ‘Product’ means the goods covered by the purchase contract.

By using the services available on this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that all the terms and conditions set out in these general terms apply.

Changes to these terms

Fradelar – Artigos para decoração Lda reserves the right to change the presentation and content of the website, its services and the general terms of use unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, without affecting contracts already concluded and being performed.

Shipping

Upon receiving the product(s), the customer must check that the parcel is in good condition and shows no damage, signs of mishandling or tampering with the packaging. If any of these occur, the customer must record a written complaint on the delivery note when receiving the order and report the incident to Fradelar – Artigos para decoração Lda by email at geral@fradelar.com or by telephone on +351 253 678 067, so that responsibility can be established.
The customer pays the shipping costs for all orders, except where free shipping is offered for the product.

Order delivery times

Fradelar – Artigos para decoração Lda fulfils customer orders in mainland Portugal between the 3rd and 5th working day after the order is placed, provided the products are in stock.
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with information about delivery times or alternatives to the requested equipment.
